In 1998, Robert Kramer created Pacific Dreamscapes to fulfill his desire to bring the beauty of nature into the homes of San Diego. In 2001, he graduated from Cuyamaca College with Associate of Science degrees in Landscape Design, Landscape Technology, Irrigation Technology, Arboriculture, Greenhouse Technology, and Golf and Sports Turf Management.
